- Responsible person for sourcing, drafting all bible study and discipleship
materials
- Organize preparatory for all the bible study teachers across all centers
- Responsible for bible studies in all conferences and house fellowship
programs
- Responsible for all the follow-ups and discipleship programs
4. Chaplain, Church Planting/ Missions-Reverend Canon Chukwuagozie
Udedibia
- Responsible for setting out and executing the programs for central
evangelism
- Responsible for spiritual mapping of mission fields
- Responsible for organizing church planting activities
5. Coordinator, Administrative Affairs - Reverend Canon Agozie Udedibia
- Responsible for all the administrative affairs as regards the church
- Responsible for management of transportation issues
- Responsible for keeping full documentations and filing of all the church
workers
- Liaising with all the churches’ insurances and ensuring that the policies are
up-to-date and renewed on time.
- Drafting of all key church services and program workers,mes and submission to the with
the board secretary.

6. Coordinator, AMC School of Training - Lead Missioner
- Responsible for liaising with external schools and carrying out training required
for Clergy, Ordinands and Evangelists and others as the need may arise.
7. Chaplain Music - Reverend Emmanuel Okoroafor
- Responsible for music in all joint programs
- Responsible for translation of all non-English songs
- Responsible for organizing central choir activities in all joint programs
8. Chaplain, Prayer Force and Spirituality – Reverend Canon Herbert
Okwelogu
- Responsible for writing all the joint prayers, organizing midday prayers daily
and prayer-force
- Responsible for arranging intercessions during joint prayers
9. Coordinator, Children’s Ministry - Dr Mrs Chinyere Okwelogu
- Responsible for organizing training for all children teachers in all centers
- Responsible for organizing all the preparatory classes for all centers
- Responsible for organizing children’s activities including Bible Quizzes
10. Co-ordinator Safeguarding Affairs - Reverend Canon Rex Embiowei
- Responsible for formulating safeguarding policies for vulnerable adults and
children
- Responsible for seeing that such policies are followed in all the centers
- Responsible for investigating and submitting findings and suggestions to the
team, should any issues crop up.
- Responsible for reviewing all such policies and updating every two years.
- Responsible for ensuring that all key workers have up-to-date Criminal records
checked
- Responsible for ensuring the all the sites of worship are safe during
programs
11. Secretaries to the Board- Secretary 1-Reverend Canon Dr Patrick Anochie
and Secretary 2-Ordinand Dr Samuel Chidi Niteh
- Responsible for publication of meeting dates
- Responsible for documenting and keeping safe all meeting minutes, sensitive
documents
- Responsible for ensuring that the church and all its centers are complying with
GDPR guidance
- Responsible for drafting church policies as may be needed from time to time.
Also ensuring that all policies are kept in file and ready for inspection in the
churches office
12. Coordinator of Welfare - Mrs Grace Urum
- Responsible for ensuring that all food consumed in our programs are safe
- Responsible for ensuring that source of food supply in the church meets the
required hygiene standard, to visit and inspect all our contractors’ kitchens
once a year to ensure the environment is safe.
- Responsible for proper sharing of food during programs
- Investigate all complaints that may arise together with officer in charge of
administration
13. Coordinator, Legal Affairs - Dr Mrs Mercy Oke-Chinda
- Responsible for all legal documents
- Responsible for advising the church on all legal affairs
- Responsible for responding to all queries with legal implications
14. Coordinator, Central Media – Revd Francis Onuzurike
- Responsible for production of flyers for our joint programs at least 3 months
before such programs.
- Responsible for setting up all the equipment in all our joint programs
- Responsible for making sure that all the equipment used in all stations are safe
for use. If not, to withdraw such equipment and immediately inform the
safeguarding officer of such breach.
- Responsible for updating the churches website weekly
- Ensuring that all information shown on the churches website and social media
platforms are true representations of the church's ethos and ideologies.
15. Co-ordinator, Health Affairs – Rev’d Dr Chinonye Ndekwu
- Responsible for all health affairs during our joint programs
- Responsible for all first aid equipment in our joint programs
- Responsible for organizing all health talks in joint programs.
16. Director of Finance – Reverend Canon Herbert Okwelogu
- Responsible for preparing all our churches account at the end of each account
year
- Responsible for looking into the churches account books six monthly to ensure
accounts are properly kept.
- Liaising with the internal and external auditors to be sure that all the churches
accounts are properly audited at the end of each accounting year.
- Liaising with the Churches accountant for preparation and filing of churches
accounts to HMRC Charity Commission at the appropriate time.
- Liaising with all the accounting team of all churches to ensure the gift aid
system is being documented properly.
17. Coordinator, Men’s Fellowship- Ord Dr Chidi Niteh
- Responsible for deputizing for the Lead missioner in all men’s affairs
- Responsible for organizing all joint men’s activities, including couples nights
and Father’s Day picnics
- Responsible for handling any complaints emanating from men
- Responsible for ensuring the good welfare of all men in our churches
18. Coordinator, Mission Aid to Poorer Countries- Ordinand Dr Barnabas
Edohasim, Secreatary -Dr Mrs Chinny Ilonzo
- Raise funds for support of missionaries in poorer countries
- Liaise with people to widen the awareness of the vision for mission
- Liaise with the mission fields and ensure that the funds raised get to them
before the end of each month.
- Keep full documentation, with his team, of all the supports sent and details of
the mission fields supported from time to time.
